Jin Yuzhi, CEO of Huawei's Intelligent Automotive Solutions Business Unit (BU), disclosed today that the ADS Pro system will be the pioneer in integrating the mass-produced in-cabin laser vision Limera sensor. This integration will unlock the Urban Pilot Assist NCA (Navigated Cruise Assist) functionality. Huawei plans to initiate Over-The-Air (OTA) updates for this feature in the first quarter of 2026, aiming to democratize advanced intelligent driving technology by making it available in vehicle models priced at 150,000 yuan. Over 20 vehicle models are anticipated to be equipped with this technology next year. Moreover, Jin Yuzhi mentioned that Huawei Qiankun is currently conducting road tests for highway L3 autonomous driving in seven major cities across China, namely Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hefei, Wuhan, and Chongqing. These tests represent the final phase of preparation before the official commercial rollout of the technology.
