In November, data from Tianyancha revealed that Fang Yunzhou and Zhang Yong, two key senior executives at NIOZIL Auto, had fresh developments regarding enforcement actions against them. These enforcement proceedings implicated both individuals along with the Yichun Langling Enterprise Management Consulting Center, with the total enforcement amount reaching 365,700 yuan. Fang Yunzhou holds the positions of legal representative and chairman at Hozon New Energy, which is the affiliated company of NIOZIL Auto. Meanwhile, Zhang Yong serves as a director and general manager.

Hozon New Energy is currently confronting a multitude of risks. There are three separate instances of enforcement actions against it, with the cumulative enforcement amount surpassing 25.91 million yuan. The company has also encountered challenges such as consumption restriction orders and equity freezes. In August of this year, it was even designated as a dishonest entity subject to enforcement. Presently, the company is undergoing bankruptcy reorganization. Although an investor has paid a deposit of 50 million yuan, no definitive plan has been submitted yet, leaving the company's future outlook uncertain.

NIOZIL Auto was once the sales leader among new car-making forces. However, its operational conditions took a sharp downturn in the latter half of 2024. The emergence of enforcement-related information against its founder and senior executives has cast a pall over its future prospects.
