SK Automation disclosed that, spanning from August 8, 2025, up until the announcement date, the company, along with its controlled subsidiary Fujian Dongheng, has successively obtained a range of contracts and designated notices from Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) and its controlled subsidiaries. The cumulative value of these agreements and notices amounts to approximately RMB 796 million (excluding tax). Should the execution of these contracts proceed without a hitch, it is anticipated to yield a favorable impact on the company's financial performance during the fiscal years 2025 - 2026. This, in turn, is expected to bolster its long-term profitability and strengthen its core competitiveness in the market.
