Industry insiders reveal that, in the face of escalating cybersecurity threats, Hyundai Motor Group has, for the very first time, established a group-wide cyber threat response team. This team is helmed by Yang Ki-chang, who is in charge of the Group's Integrated Security Center. The newly formed team will take on the role of uniformly orchestrating the cybersecurity endeavors of all its subsidiaries. It will focus on critical areas, including vulnerability assessment, threat monitoring, and incident response, with the aim of bolstering the group's overall cyber protection capabilities.
