From November 12 to 15, 2025, the World Power Battery Conference is set to take place at the Yibin International Convention and Exhibition Center in Sichuan Province. At this significant event, Dongfeng Motor made a splash by unveiling a new generation of high-specific-energy solid-state batteries. Alongside these cutting-edge batteries, the company also showcased its Mach ultra-high-voltage pure electric platform and a series of self-developed new energy vehicle models.

At present, Dongfeng Motor has successfully established and put into full operation a 0.2GWh pilot production line specifically for solid-state batteries. Looking ahead, there are promising expectations that by September 2026, 350Wh/kg solid-state batteries will not only enter mass production but also be seamlessly integrated into complete vehicles. This technological leap is projected to enable vehicles to achieve an impressive range of 1000 kilometers on a single charge.
