The 'Organization Department' and 'Human Resources,' both key first-tier departments within the Organization and Finance Group (overseen by CFO Li Tie), will now be consolidated into a unified 'Human Resources' department. This newly formed entity will fall under the umbrella of the Product and Strategy Group. In conjunction with these changes, the Organization and Finance Group will undergo a name change, becoming the CFO Functional Group. Yang Haishan has been appointed as the head of the newly integrated Human Resources department and will report directly to CEO Li Xiang. Furthermore, it has been reported that Yuan Chunfeng, the former leader of Li Auto's Human Resources department, is in the process of tendering his resignation. Additionally, Li Wenzhi, who previously headed the Organization Department, has also departed from the company.
