Rima Precision made an announcement stating that on November 10, 2025, during the 24th meeting of the third session of its board of directors, the 'Proposal for Establishing a Wholly-Owned Sub-Subsidiary' was given the green light. As per the proposal, Guangzhou Xinzheng Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as 'Xinzheng Parts'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is set to create a new wholly-owned subsidiary. This new entity will have a business scope that encompasses the manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories, among other areas.

In the meantime, the company's management team has been granted the authority to manage the pertinent registration processes. The move to establish this wholly-owned sub-subsidiary is driven by the need to support the company's business expansion objectives. It is in line with the company's long-term strategic vision. Furthermore, it is not anticipated to exert a substantial negative influence on the company's financial and operational standing, nor will it compromise the interests of the company and its shareholders.
