Facing a downturn in U.S. market sales after the federal EV tax incentives came to an end, Tesla has formally introduced a short-term vehicle rental service. This service is currently accessible at Tesla stores in San Diego and Costa Mesa, California. Customers can rent cars for periods ranging from 3 to 7 days at daily rates starting as low as $60. The rental package encompasses unlimited mileage, complimentary Supercharging, and a trial of the FSD (Supervised) feature. Tesla also has plans to roll out this service to additional stores by the end of the year.
