It achieves this by meticulously analyzing vehicle driving routes in real-time, cross-referencing communication logs between drivers and passengers, and scrutinizing order acceptance records. Upon identifying any irregularities, the platform promptly issues a yellow card warning to the vehicle owner and deducts the fare differential. Simultaneously, passengers are entitled to a full refund. During the yellow card's validity period, the vehicle owner is barred from automatically accepting new orders. Should the vehicle owner flout the rules again within this timeframe, their account will be temporarily suspended for a duration ranging from 3 to 15 days, contingent upon the gravity of the violation. In cases of particularly egregious breaches, permanent account deactivation may ensue. This initiative is designed to fortify the regulation of the carpooling sector, safeguard user well-being, and uphold market stability.
