The China Automotive Engineering Research Institute has published its Development Report on Integrated Driving Assistance Technology. The report is based on specialized testing of more than 40 popular vehicle models, encompassing over 50 complex risk scenarios encountered on both highways and urban roads. Additionally, it incorporates tens of thousands of test verifications and an in-depth analysis of over a thousand real-world accident cases. The findings reveal a substantial enhancement in the overall proficiency of China's integrated driving assistance technology. Expert Li Lin remarked that the system is now capable of managing the majority of driving situations, positioning its technological prowess at the forefront internationally. Between January and July of this year, the market penetration rate for passenger vehicles equipped with this advanced system has soared to 62.58%. Experts emphasize that its broad adoption represents an inevitable trajectory in the evolution of the automotive industry.
