During the summit's opening ceremony, he disclosed that JD.com's sorting center in Beijing has achieved a remarkable feat: 90% of its manual workforce has been replaced by robots. Looking ahead, by next April, JD.com is set to establish what will be the world's inaugural fully autonomous delivery station. This innovative hub will boast a roof equipped for drone take-offs and landings, ground-level stations for unmanned delivery vehicles, and interior robotic arms for loading goods. The entire operation will be seamlessly managed by robots, marking a significant leap in the field of logistics automation.
