Musk expects FSD to be fully approved in China early next year

On November 7, 2025, Beijing time, Tesla's annual shareholder meeting was held in Austin, Texas, where a nearly trillion-dollar compensation incentive plan was approved. During the meeting, Musk revealed that Tesla's FSD has received 'partial approval' in China and is expected to receive full approval around February or March 2026. Additionally, Tesla plans to start mass production of the Cybercab in April 2026, aiming to produce one vehicle every 5 to 10 seconds, with annual production capacity soaring to 2 to 5 million units. Musk also stated that Tesla may build its own 'gigantic chip factory Terafab' with a target of producing one million wafers per month.
