On November 6, during the 2025 Annual Conference of China's Automobile Circulation Industry, Wang Du, the Vice President of the China Automobile Dealers Association, emphasized that the robust growth of the automobile sector must not be achieved by undermining the interests of dealers. Addressing prevalent industry challenges, including "excessive inventory burdens" and "delayed rebate disbursements," the association has forwarded detailed recommendations to pertinent governmental bodies. These recommendations encompass maintaining dealers' inventory coefficients within a reasonable range of 1.0 to 1.5 and issuing cautionary notices to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) whose inventory coefficients surpass 2.0.
