On November 6, 2025, Pony.ai (2026.HK) made its grand entrance onto the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. By issuing roughly 48.25 million shares and, after exercising the greenshoe option, successfully raising HK$7.7 billion, it secured its position as the largest initial public offering (IPO) in both the global autonomous driving industry and the AI sector on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2025. It's worth noting that the company had already gone public on Nasdaq back in November 2024.
