WeRide, a world-renowned frontrunner in autonomous driving technology, has made its official listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, trading under the stock code 0800.HK. Prior to this, the company had already achieved a public listing on NASDAQ on October 25, 2024, marking a historic milestone as the world's first-ever listed Robotaxi company. For its Hong Kong Stock Exchange debut, WeRide globally issued a total of 88.25 million shares (pre-greenshoe option), with each share priced at HK$27.1, successfully raising a grand total of HK$2.39 billion (pre-greenshoe option).

Established in 2017, WeRide stands out as the sole tech enterprise globally with products that have secured autonomous driving licenses across seven nations, encompassing China and the United Arab Emirates. Its fleet of L4-level autonomous vehicles has already surpassed 1,500 units, and the company has ambitious plans to deploy tens of thousands of Robotaxis by the year 2030.
