On November 3, 2025, Pony.ai, a company specializing in autonomous driving technology, made an announcement regarding its Hong Kong listing. The shares were priced at HK$139 each, with the company aiming to raise a total of HK$6.71 billion. The retail portion of the offering, consisting of 4.2 million shares earmarked for Hong Kong's individual investors, witnessed an overwhelming response, attracting subscriptions 15.88 times the number of shares available. Meanwhile, the international tranche, comprising 37.76 million shares, also saw robust interest, with subscriptions reaching 7.72 times the offered amount. Pony.ai intends to allocate the raised funds towards the commercialization of its L4 autonomous driving technology, research and development endeavors, as well as bolstering its working capital, among other strategic initiatives.
