On November 5, the Shanghai Municipal Government unveiled the Shanghai Action Plan for Cutting Costs, Enhancing Quality, and Boosting Efficiency in Traffic and Logistics. This plan sets a target to lower the proportion of total social logistics costs relative to GDP to under 12% by 2027. It strives to realize large-scale autonomous driving operations through the innovative application of intelligent facilities and equipment. Specifically, it supports the commercial demonstration project of intelligent container trucks at Yangshan Port. Additionally, the plan involves coordinating low-altitude airspace resources to facilitate the commercial use of UAVs in scenarios like express delivery logistics. It also encourages the advancement of panoramic perception and unmanned technologies for air cargo, aiming to elevate logistics efficiency and intelligence to new heights.
