Should the vehicle fail to arrive at the dealership on time due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, leading to a postponement in invoicing and delivery to 2026, those who have already locked in their orders will still be entitled to this subsidy. The subsidy will be disbursed either as a direct deduction from the final vehicle purchase price or as a cash rebate, with the exact amount being calculated based on the purchase tax variance associated with the specific vehicle configuration.
