On the morning of October 28 (local time), Gotion High-Tech officially inaugurated its battery megafactory project in Súľany, Slovakia. This marks Slovakia's first mega battery factory, spanning 65 hectares with a planned Phase I production capacity of 20GWh. Trial production is set to commence in 2026, with formal production scheduled for 2027. The products will primarily be exported to the EU market.
