This incident has since drawn considerable attention from vehicle owners, the media, and the broader public. We would like to express our heartfelt apologies to the affected vehicle owner and acknowledge the valid concerns raised by our users.
Immediately following the incident, we reached out to the vehicle owner and have been actively collaborating with relevant authorities to investigate the matter. Given that the inspection and testing of the vehicle involved in this accident require the coordinated efforts of the user, the fire department, and other relevant agencies, and considering that the process is both rigorous and time-consuming, a definitive technical conclusion has yet to be reached at this time.
