The reason for this recall is that the brake lights are excessively bright, which can diminish the visibility for drivers approaching from the opposite direction, thereby heightening the likelihood of a collision. In response to this issue, Tesla has promptly rolled out a complimentary over-the-air software update to rectify the problem.
