Moreover, Xiaomi revealed its intention to bolster its footprint in Japan by establishing additional "Xiaomi Store" outlets in key cities nationwide, providing a range of smartphones and home appliances. Zheng Yan, the vice president of Xiaomi's Japanese subsidiary, announced on the 26th that Xiaomi plans to implement a similar retail strategy in Japan as it does in the Chinese market. This strategy entails offering electric vehicles (EVs) alongside smartphones in its stores.
