The Legal Department of Li Auto stated that it has received the final judgment from the court. The judgment pointed out that Zhang Moumou, the holder of the Weibo account 'A5W work ', maliciously published blog posts and videos on the eve of the release of the Li Auto MEGA model, distorting and defaming the model to gain traffic, thus constituting joint infringement with its affiliated MCN agency, a certain brand management company in Shanghai. On February 29, 2024, Zhang Moumou published a Weibo post to maliciously defame the model, and the MCN agency turned a blind eye to this, resulting in an expansion of the infringement's impact. The court ultimately ruled that Zhang Moumou and its contracted MCN agency must issue a public apology at the top of their pages and compensate for economic losses and reasonable expenses for safeguarding rights. Li Auto stated that it will resolutely hold those engaging in illegal activities accountable, combat malicious defamation, and contribute to the purification of the industry's public opinion environment.
