On September 22, Zhejiang Shibao revealed during an analyst meeting that the company boasts significant technical expertise in the domains of steer-by-wire systems and rear-wheel steering. It has also earned designations from numerous mainstream automotive manufacturers. Notably, the inaugural large-scale production project for the steer-by-wire system is projected to kick off mass production in the latter half of 2026. Meanwhile, the first large-scale production initiative for rear-wheel steering is expected to commence mass production in the fourth quarter of this year. Both product types are predominantly aimed at L3+ intelligent driving vehicles and high-performance luxury cars, presenting substantial technical challenges and bright market outlooks.
