NIO has unveiled the latest advancements in its energy service network. To date, the company has poured over 18 billion yuan into the realm of battery swap and charging infrastructure, resulting in the establishment of 8,246 battery swap and charging stations. This figure encompasses 3,500 battery swap stations and 4,746 charging stations. Notably, among these stations, there are 1,001 highway battery swap stations, which have successfully formed a seamless highway battery swap network that spans the 'Nine Verticals, Nine Horizontals, and Nineteen Major Urban Agglomerations'. On August 16, 2025, NIO is set to complete the NIO G318 Sichuan - Tibet battery swap route. Thirteen battery swap stations have already been constructed along the Western Sichuan Loop and are on the verge of being fully operational.
