During the NIO Day 2025 event, Li Bin, the founder of NIO, along with co-founder Qin Lihong, disclosed in a media interview that in the preceding 10 days, more than 150,000 people have experienced test drives of the brand-new NIO ES8. This year, the production capacity has been ramped up to exceed 40,000 units. It is anticipated that 40,000 units will be delivered by the end of the year, and there's a possibility of a marginal production increase contingent on market demand.
