Multiple car owners have initiated legal proceedings against Tesla, seeking compensation, as a result of the company's failure to deliver on its promise of the FSD (Full Self-Driving) autonomous driving feature, which was a key selling point at the time of their vehicle purchase. In August of this year, seven individuals who had paid for the FSD capability filed a lawsuit against Tesla in the People's Court of Daxing District, Beijing, citing a breach of the sales contract. The legal action has been formally registered, and the court is now poised to conduct the initial hearing.
