On the evening of September 19, GAC Group made an official announcement regarding the launch of the Trumpchi Xiangwang S9 Qiankun model. This new vehicle is hailed as the "Chinese Plug-in Hybrid Champion within the RMB 220,000 Price Bracket." It comes packed with standard features, including Huawei's Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 4 Max Advanced Edition, CATL's 44.5-kWh Xiaoyao Super Hybrid Battery, and GAC's Super Intelligent Electric Four-Wheel Drive System.
The model is offered in four variants: the Max Five-Seater, Max Six-Seater, Ultra Five-Seater, and Ultra Six-Seater. The price range for these variants spans from RMB 229,900 to RMB 259,900. Moreover, customers who place their orders prior to October 31, 2025, are eligible to receive launch incentives worth over RMB 40,000.
