Recently, the internet-famous mechanic known as "Long Ge Repairs Tesla" (operated by Beijing Mange Dian Technology Co., Ltd.) found himself embroiled in a legal battle. XPENG Motors filed a lawsuit against him, alleging that he had published false statements and malicious defamatory content. The Guangzhou Internet Court has rendered its decision: Long Ge must remove the infringing content, issue a public apology, and compensate XPENG Motors for economic losses to the tune of 100,000 yuan.
