On September 18, a report emerged stating that during an investor relations event, Tieliu Co., Ltd. revealed that on September 3, it inked a framework agreement with the Hart Research Institute. This partnership aims to co-establish a research and development laboratory. As per the agreement, the Hart Research Institute will assemble a dedicated R&D team and deploy its core business experts. Meanwhile, Tieliu Co., Ltd. will contribute by providing the necessary site, equipment, and financial backing. Together, they will embark on the development of crucial robot components.
