On September 15, Zotye Auto released a statement revealing that it had recently been served with the "Civil Judgment" from the Zhejiang Provincial Higher People's Court. The appellate court upheld the decision to terminate the intellectual property contract that had been inked between Shanghai Size and Zotye Auto. Moreover, it overturned the second clause of the first-instance ruling issued by the Jinhua Municipal Intermediate People's Court in Zhejiang Province, which had rejected all claims put forward by Shanghai Size Automotive Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Furthermore, Zotye Auto is mandated to remit 29.5 million yuan to Shanghai Size within ten days of the judgment's delivery date.
