During the event, the Innovation Alliance for the International Development of Chinese Automotive Enterprises unveiled the International Competitiveness Assessment Framework for Chinese Automobile Companies. This framework is structured around two key aspects: corporate performance and product attributes. The corporate dimension encompasses various metrics that gauge international competitiveness. For instance, a survey conducted in a European nation revealed that 28.8% of consumers expressed high satisfaction with their car-purchasing experience, while 36.5% were highly satisfied with the post-sales service. Experts emphasized that China's automotive sector bears the strategic significance akin to that of major-country diplomacy. Therefore, during this pivotal phase of global expansion, it is crucial to devise high-level strategies and implement a robust assessment system.
