The Guangzhou Internet Court has mandated that Beijing Mangedian Company must remove the infringing content and publish a public apology statement across various platforms. This apology should convey sincere regret to XPENG Motors, work to mitigate the negative impact, and restore the company's reputation. Additionally, Beijing Mangedian Company is required to compensate XPENG Motors for losses totaling 100,000 yuan. The XPENG Legal Department has expressed its commitment to continuing its collaboration in fostering a positive public opinion climate and cracking down on unlawful infringement activities.
