Mercedes-Benz (China) Automotive Sales Ltd. and Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. have formulated and submitted a recall plan to the State Administration for Market Regulation, in strict compliance with the "Regulations on the Administration of the Recall of Defective Automotive Products" and its corresponding implementation measures. Specifically, the recall plan, identified by the number S2025M0137V, encompasses certain imported GLC and EQE class vehicles manufactured between October 20, 2022, and May 20, 2025, with a total of 302 units affected. Through its authorized dealers, Mercedes-Benz (China) will conduct free inspections on the recalled vehicles. Where necessary, the company will retighten the connecting bolts of the steering coupling to eliminate any potential safety risks.
