On September 5, Tiancheng Automotive made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Tiancheng Automotive Seat Co., Ltd., had been issued a designation notice for the seat assembly project associated with a passenger vehicle facelift initiative by a prominent domestic automaker. Mass production for this project is slated to begin in April 2026, with a production lifecycle spanning three years. It is estimated that the project will cater to a total of 153,000 passenger vehicles. This partnership signifies Tiancheng Automotive's continued foray into the passenger vehicle market, bolstering and strengthening its presence in this particular domain. Nevertheless, it's important to note that the designation notice has not yet been transformed into a firm order. The actual sales figures will hinge on various factors, including the client's real vehicle production volume, thereby introducing an element of uncertainty. Given that the project is set to kick off in 2026, it is not expected to exert a substantial influence on the current year's operational performance. However, it is projected to yield a favorable impact on the company's annual performance in the years to come.
