The automaker reported a net profit of 15.5 billion yuan for the first half of 2025, accompanied by tax payments totaling 27.1 billion yuan. BYD emphasized its commitment to social responsibility, highlighting that for the full year of 2024, its total domestic tax contributions amounted to approximately 51 billion yuan, with 27.1 billion yuan paid in the first half of 2025 alone.
