Toyota Motor Corporation announced on Wednesday that it will manufacture its first all-electric vehicle model in Europe at its Czech plant, with an investment of approximately €680 million aimed at expanding the Kolin facility, including the construction of a new battery assembly plant. The specific model and production timeline have yet to be revealed. Furthermore, the Czech government will contribute up to €64 million towards the battery facility.
