August Auto Deliveries: "NIO, XPeng, and Leapmotor" Reach All-Time Highs, Lixiang Trails Behind

In August, the overall delivery volume of new carmaking forces surged. Leapmotor delivered an impressive 57,066 vehicles, marking a year-on-year increase of over 88%. XPeng also performed strongly, delivering 37,709 vehicles, a growth rate of 168.66%. NIO followed suit, delivering 31,305 vehicles, representing a year-on-year increase of 55.16%. All three companies set new records for monthly deliveries. In contrast, Lixiang, affected by product transitions and adjustments to its sales and service system, delivered 28,529 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 40.72%. This marked the third consecutive month of month-on-month declines for Lixiang.
