Amap has officially unveiled its taxi-hailing services in Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates. This expansion, facilitated by deepened collaboration with the global ride-hailing platform Bolt, now extends the service to a total of 28 countries. Users in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao can enjoy a seamless experience without needing to swap SIM cards or download additional apps. In cities abroad where the taxi-hailing feature is available, they can summon a taxi with a single tap through Amap's Chinese interface. The platform supports Chinese address input, real-time language translation, and cross-border payments via Alipay and WeChat, offering a streamlined and integrated travel experience. To date, Amap's taxi-hailing services have reached 30 countries worldwide.
