During the Q2 financial report conference call on the evening of August 28, Li Xiang, the chairman and CEO of Li Auto, disclosed that the company would streamline its model and configuration offerings (SKU) to revert to a lineup focused on the Li ONE and L9. He further emphasized that Li Auto would expedite the iteration of its technology platforms and product updates to stay competitive in the market. Li Xiang acknowledged that the company currently lags behind in terms of release frequency, as rivals are introducing new products at a more rapid pace. Consequently, accelerating the iteration process is imperative to increase the frequency of new product launches.
