BYD's pioneering fleet of eight auto roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) vessels for international operations is on the cusp of full commissioning. Notably, the eighth vessel, named "Jinan," has successfully completed its sea trial and is poised for delivery. In keeping with BYD's tradition, each vessel is named after the city where its production bases are located. Thus far, the fleet has welcomed the "Pioneer 1," "Changzhou," "Hefei," "Shenzhen," "Xi'an," "Changsha," and "Zhengzhou," with "Jinan" set to join their ranks soon.
