Regarding the online speculation that FAW Group intends to acquire a 10% stake in Leapmotor, FAW Group has issued a statement clarifying that their relevant departments have not yet been informed of such a plan. Prior to this, both parties had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at strategic cooperation, encompassing joint development of new energy passenger vehicles and collaboration in parts and components.
