On the morning of August 16, Beijing time, Great Wall Motors officially opened its Brazilian factory in Iracemápolis, São Paulo, in the presence of Brazilian President Lula. This facility, a former Daimler Group plant acquired by Great Wall Motors, has undergone a transformation. During the ceremony, President Lula emphasized that this initiative would generate job opportunities and elevate professional and technical skills within Brazil. Great Wall Motors aims to manufacture a variety of energy-efficient models at the factory, gradually ramping up annual production capacity to 50,000 vehicles.
