Thalys' holding subsidiary, Thalys Automobile, has invested 663.45 million yuan to acquire a 48.54% stake in Jinkang Power. Upon completion of this transaction, Thalys Automobile will assume full ownership of Jinkang Power. This transaction is neither a related-party transaction nor a significant asset restructuring. It has been duly approved by the board of directors and does not necessitate review by the general meeting of shareholders.
