Silicon Valley startup Tensor has introduced the Robocar, billed as the world's first personally owned autonomous vehicle. Scheduled for delivery to the United States, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates in 2026, the Robocar offers both manual and fully autonomous driving capabilities. It features a foldable steering wheel replaced by a screen and is equipped with over a hundred sensors. The vehicle is manufactured by Vietnamese automaker Vinfast. Tensor, formerly known as AutoX, specializes in L4 autonomous driving technology and has transitioned into the personal vehicle market.
