On August 15, several regions across China issued notices announcing the suspension of applications for vehicle replacement subsidies, while simultaneously maintaining their commitment to scrap and renewal subsidies. This decision has understandably garnered widespread attention. Specifically, Guizhou, Hunan, as well as certain cities in Henan and Anhui, have successively ceased accepting applications for replacement subsidies, effective from the date of the new vehicle's invoice. Nevertheless, the impending introduction of personal consumer loan interest subsidies marks a new phase, with the realm of automobile consumption being included within its ambit.
