The company has decided to dismantle the "five war zones" established in March, which were based on geographical regions, and instead adopt a centralized model where the headquarters will directly oversee 23 regions across the country. This move is intended to consolidate resources, bolster support for frontline experts, and foster a store-centric approach to user operations. Furthermore, Han Xi, previously the head of the Central War Zone, has been appointed as the new sales business leader for Li Auto, reporting directly to Ma Donghui, the company's President.
