On August 13, the State Administration for Market Regulation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, released a draft notice titled "Notice on Strengthening the Recall of Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicles, Supervision of Production Consistency, and Regulating Publicity" for public consultation.
