Several domestic automakers have publicly committed to maintaining payment terms of no more than 60 days for their suppliers, and their overall compliance has been commendable. Key players such as FAW, Dongfeng, Changan, GAC, SAIC, BAIC, Geely, Great Wall, Thalys, Li Auto, and Xpeng are actively upholding their pledges. These automakers are ensuring timely payment within 60 days for new orders by optimizing processes, contracts, and payment methods. Additionally, some automakers are offering cash payment support to small and medium-sized enterprises. Notably, FAW has established a dedicated task force to foster a long-term mechanism; GAC has implemented a comprehensive process control system and emphasizes the use of cash payments. Thalys, on the other hand, employs the "factory within a factory" model, significantly reducing the settlement cycle and establishing an emergency funding mechanism to assist suppliers facing financial shortages.
