The Lenovo Group has recently garnered upgraded earnings projections from leading international banks, primarily attributed to its PC business exceeding shipment and profit margin expectations, alongside robust performance in its server segment. From April to June, Lenovo's PC shipments soared by 15.3% year-over-year, boosting its global market share to 24.6%. This growth was evident in key regions such as North America, Western Europe, and China. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the PC business is poised for continued expansion, fueled by rising market share, replacement demands spurred by the end of Windows 10 support, and the introduction of novel AI-integrated PC products. Lenovo has already unveiled high-end AI-powered PCs and plans to introduce new models leveraging chips from NVIDIA and MediaTek in early 2026. Moreover, the server business is anticipated to generate revenue of $4.1 billion in the April-June quarter, with further growth envisioned in the subsequent July-September quarter. Additionally, the company's issued warrants are forecasted to bring in proceeds of $120 million.
